FLUITRONICS News 2025/2026
In 2025 Fluitronics invested into the own production capabilities. The high volume production line 1 further was equipped with AI camera systems for monitoring the process and detecting e.g. missing parts or parts that have not properly been assembled. In total 7 cameras monitor all stations of the production process, today.
Moreover, a second, redundant high volume production line, line 2, has been build up and has been put into operation.

Production Line 1 and Line 2
Both lines now include multiple assembly stations all equipped with electronic torque wrenches, automated expander pressing process, pick by light system, worker guiding system, various further detection options and an End of Line test. All values that are gained in the assembly process are store and allow to trace product quality by serial number.
