With the use of RPM-regulated drives, we can contribute significantly to increasing energy efficiency and reducing noise. Once we know the load profile of the application, an optimisation of the drive technology can lead to savings where the use of materials is concerned. Frequency converters allow for the use of low-wear alternating current motors, even in the case of battery-driven devices. With the use of motors with a variable speed in aggregates, we obtain useful synergies between the electronics and hydraulics. The electronic component makes it possible to only provide the hydraulics with the energy it requires.
Programmable control systems
Programmable control systems provide a flexible tool for realising customer-specific applications. Programmed according to the IEC 61131-3 standard, our intelligent hydraulics, in the form of a complete solution, can take over the complete range of control tasks of a machine, or also be managed via a CAN bus as a subscriber in a larger system concept, allowing it to be integrated into processing or control flows. During the design phase, we place particular emphasis on the needs of mobile applications and the specifications they require. Furthermore, in the case of lower mechanical requirements, we can also utilise discrete control modules, allowing us to offer our customers low-cost solutions.
Human-machine interfaces (HMI)
The functionality of a machine depends, to a great extent, on how user-friendly it is. Hence, suitable emphasis should be placed on the design of a human-machine interface. The application decides whether a membrane keyboard, robust input and command devices, or a display are required. Taking into consideration the factors user-friendliness, good tactile properties and an elegant design, we can create a component for our customers that contributes to the individuality of the overall product.
