Manifolds

Fluitronics manifolds are tailor-made by an experienced team of hydraulic specialists for each individual application. This begins with the drafting of the circuit diagram, and goes on to include the manufacturer-independent selection of valve components, up to the design stage, where the installation space available is also given due consideration. This is how the optimum solution for discrete and proportional flow control is found. The integrated construction reduces distances of travel and reduces the possibility of leaks, hence making your application even more efficient. The combination of different valve systems allows for an almost unlimited number of user-defined volume flows. Manifold materials that are adapted for each application scenario guarantee stability and weight optimisation.

With screw-in valves

Depending on the customer's requirements, manifolds made of high-tensile aluminium or steel are available. Such solutions are unbeatable with regard to weight, compact dimensions and circuit integration. This minimises hose and pipe fissures in the hydraulics system, thereby also minimising the risk of leaks. Even for small batch quantities, Fluitronics is able to deliver at a lower cost than classic, piped systems. For typical control blocks with small and intermediate volume flow rates, we use screw-in valves. Furthermore, the fully integrated construction design also reduces losses in pressure and maximises reaction times.

With slip-in valves

This block technology offers the same advantages as screw-in valve blocks; however, with cartridge valves, significantly higher volume flow rates can be achieved. Combinations with our screw-in or cetop valves are of course also possible. For this, Fluitronics relies on its diverse range of products and considerable applications experience.

Monoblocks

Fluitronics' modular working hydraulics system building blocks have been designed both for more complex as well as simple hydraulics systems. The modular building blocks allow the hydraulics to be flexibly adapted to the different equipping levels of the machine. Particularly impressive is the combination of control block technology and sandwich valve technology, which allows both standard mobile valve discs and custom control block elements to be flange-mounted to a multifunctional core block.
